OUR PROCESS

Pick your design and colour
We will complete a test piece for approval a photo of which will be sent
Pay for your item
Once approved we will complete your jewellery piece and send another photo to ensure you are happy with it
We send you the packaging to send your loved ones or pets ashes or hair
Your item(s) will be posted by recorded delivery together with the test pieces and any left over ashes or hair will also be returned
